Children

Our children are not the church of tomorrow. They are the church of today. And we feed them and they grow tall in Christ.

During the Sunday Education Hour (9:00 to 9:40am before worship), there is something for all ages. Free childcare is provided for ages newborn to 36 months. Preschoolers up through age 6 can learn and play with Sondra Adams and her assistant. Elementary students up to age 10 can study with Jean Temple and her assistant. Older children through adults are all welcome in the adult class (littles can come too, they just might not find it interesting), taught in fall of 2025 by elder Steve Donahue. Come and join us!

During the education hour and Sunday morning corporate worship, our youngest children are cared for in the nursery. Little ones from newborn to 36 months are welcome to arrive a few minutes early, so parents can get situated in their classroom or the sanctuary. But they are also welcome to start in the classroom or in worship and come to the nursery later, although it's helpful to stop by the nursery beforehand to let the caregivers know you might be coming in later.

We welcome children of all ages in our worship service. The sounds of babies and children are not a distraction, but evidence of the blessing of God on our church.
